Called this company today and within 2 hours two engineers came and fixed/serviced my dad’s stair lift, my dad couldn’t have managed without his stair lift over night so they were a godsend! Very professional & very reasonable costs. Highly recommend.

Owing to my wife’s ever debilitating dementia we had difficulty in climbing our stairs and were encouraged to go for a stair lift. We had one installed by Thornbury stairlifts Ltd which is a local company and i was most impressed by the caring and quietly. Professional approach by Richard their fitter. He explained the fitting procedure followed by showing the easy operation of the chair He had obviously fitted many chairs before and made the job look easy, Before finishing he asked my wife to sit and be measured as to the most comfortable position for her, and after adjustments completed the job. There was no mess and everything put back when he had finished. He also gave me his home and works number and told me to call him if ever there was a problem day or night. I am pleased to say that the chair was the best buy for both of us and i would have no hesitation in calling Thornbury stair lifts again. Many thanks for a job well done.

Contacted this company to see if they could assist with keeping my Mum indepepdent in her own home, as she was finding the stairs very onerous. within 4 hours of my telephone call, Richard had conducted a survey and given us advice and a quote on the best type of stair lift for Mum and and was able to arrange installation. The following day the installation team arrived , quick, efficient and very tidy work. They gave Mum instruction on use and assisted with the trial run. 36 hours from initial contact to finish of installation. Excellent customer service from a knowledgable and caring team. The words ‘Thank you’ aren’t enough for saving Mum’s independence. I would highly reccommend this company if you need a stairlift installation.
