The Ultimate Curved Stairlift is a premium single rail curved stairlift designed to solve installation problems that other models cannot. It is particularly suited to staircases with low bulkheads, tight doorways at the bottom of the stairs, or very steep angles that would normally make fitting a stairlift difficult or impossible.

First Step Smart Start
One of the most practical features of the Ultimate is the First Step Smart Start system. This removes the need for a rail extension or a hinge at the bottom of the staircase, which is one of the most common obstacles when fitting a stairlift in a hallway with limited space. The footrest folds up automatically with the seat, keeping the bottom of the stairs clear when the lift is not in use.
Capacity and seating
The standard model has a working load of 120kg (19 stone). A heavy duty version is available with a capacity of 160kg (25 stone), making the Ultimate one of the strongest single rail stairlifts available.
A manual swivel seat is fitted as standard to make getting on and off at the top of the stairs easier and safer. A two-way powered swivel seat with powered footrest is available as an optional upgrade.
Chair comfort and adjustment
The seat, armrests and backrest are all adjustable to suit the user. The chair is designed to fit a range of body shapes and sizes, and can be tailored during installation to give the most comfortable position for everyday use.
